Q: Are your counseling services available online, or do I have to come to the Covington office?
A: I offer both. Clients can schedule face-to-face sessions at my physical practice located at 4139 Baker Street Northeast, Covington, GA. Alternatively, I provide safe, secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth and telephonic sessions to individuals located anywhere throughout the
states of Georgia and South Carolina.

Q: What age groups do you see in your practice?
A: Backed by 17 years of experience as a High School Lead Counselor and over two decades in mental health leadership, I specialize extensively in working with older adolescents (teens), adults, corporate professionals, and families navigating complex life and
developmental transitions.

Q: How do I access, fill out, and submit the intake registration forms?
A: All necessary onboarding paperwork is on the “Client Registration & Intake Portals” tab on this website. For individual clients, please download, print, and fully complete these forms prior to your first scheduled session. You will bring them to your in-office appointment or
securely upload them via email (staceykitchens@outlook.com) or via fax (678-559-0068) if you are a telehealth patient. EAP, Corporate Workshops & Crisis Response (CIR)

Q: I am an EAP Network Manager or Corporate HR Director. How fast can you deploy
for an on-site workplace emergency?
A: As a Certified Critical Incident Stress Management (CCISM) professional, I prioritize urgent workplace trauma, violence, or sudden tragic loss. For disruptive events within Newton, Walton, and surrounding regional Georgia counties, I can typically deploy for on-site
debriefings and management consultations within hours of a corporate call-out. Please call my emergency priority number at
404-938-5167 for immediate coordination. For other areas in Georgia or other states in the U.S. I will work directly with HR to manage a schedule thatwill work for both of us.

Q: Can you legally provide virtual short-term EAP triage or telephonic counseling to employees living across state lines?
A: Yes. I hold active, separate, independent clinical licenses in both Georgia and South Carolina. This dual-state footprint allows national EAP networks and multi-state corporations to route cross-border remote workforces or commuting employees directly to my telephonic
triage and virtual solution-focused panels seamlessly.

A: I deliver high-impact, evidence-based seminars tailored for modern workspaces. My core training packages focus on De-escalation and Conflict Resolution, Stress Management, Executive Leadership & Emotional Intelligence (EQ), and Certified Anger Management
