Seamless clinical coverage for virtual or telephonic EAP loops servicing employees throughout both Georgia and South Carolina.
Anger Management & Conflict Specialty: Dedicated coaching and structured interventions designed to defuse volatile office or organizational dynamics
Manager & Leadership Consultations: Expert coaching for corporate supervisors on managing hostile behaviors, staff grief, and performance-based referrals.

& EAP Fee Structure
Contracts and billing are handled directly with corporate HR departments, third-party
administration networks, or EAP vendors via direct credit card, ACH, or Net-30 invoicing.
On-Site Critical Incident Response (CIR/CISM): $250 / Hour (Minimum 2-hour booking) unless contract agreement specifies otherwise Includes rapid regional deployment, group psychological debriefings, immediate manager consultations, and 1:1 employee stabilization support following a disruptive workplace event.
Corporate Training & Workshops (On-Site or Webinar):
$500 – $1,500 / Session Flat-rate pricing scales based on requested presentation length
(60-minute lunch-and- learns vs. half-day workshops), travel requirements, and curriculum customization.
Preferred EAP Panel Sessions: Contracted Network Standard Rates approved on over 35 active EAP networks. Short-term solution-focused telephonic/in
person care bundles are billed directly to the authorizing EAP vendor using provided
member authorization codes.
Individual Clinical Fee Structure (Self-Pay)
For individual private clients or employees seeking direct, out-of-network professional
counseling outside of corporate coverage structures.

Standard Individual Counseling Session:

Note: In-network commercial insurance options include Anthem/BCBS, Cigna, Aetna etc., All
self-pay clients receive a legally mandated Good Faith Estimate (GFE) prior to scheduling
which is included in registration forms.
